1. Digital Products and Software Licenses
Avsoftdeals mainly sells digital products like software licenses, activation keys, and downloadable items.
- Once a digital product, license key, or activation code is delivered or accessed, it is considered used.
- Since digital products are not physical, they cannot be returned once they are delivered.
Refunds for digital products will only be given under certain conditions:
If the license key is not working and our support team can’t fix it.
- If the product received is very different from what’s written on the product page.
In these cases, customers need to contact us within 7 days of the purchase with valid proof of the problem.
2. Physical Products (If Available)
If Avsoftdeals starts selling physical products in the future:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and checked.
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Given
Refunds will not be made in the following situations:
- If the customer changes their mind after the digital product has been delivered.
- If the product doesn’t work with the customer‘s system (please check the system requirements before buying).
- If the customer doesn’t use or understand the product.
- If there’s a delay because of an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
- If the refund request is made after the refund period has ended.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be sent back using the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider or bank.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the digital product or license key is delivered.
Once delivery is complete, cancellation is not possible.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are advised to contact Avsoftdeals support before starting a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or fake chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
7. Policy Changes
Avsoftdeals can change this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be active immediately after they are posted on the website.
